Nice quality beef, tender and done just right. Single note flavour and sour for my tastes, lacks the complexity of somewhere like PH.D. But for food court pho it's a good choice.

This Vietnamese offering in the Sussex Centre food court is average at best but does offer something different from the numerous Chinese offerings in this food court. I tried a Chicken Pho on an unusually cool Sydney summer evening and it was just average. The broth was quite dark which is a little strange for Chicken Pho, it's like they mixed both the beef and chicken stocks together?
It wasn't a very big bowl and the prices are on par with a proper restaurant and I would suggest going to a proper Pho restaurant instead as there is nothing that would set this place apart ? -

Ah... what happened to the best pork chop in the world!!! It's worse than the ones I had in California! How can you lose the legacy taste and presentation you can only experience in Sydney! Shame on you!!

It's in the food court. Cashier claims that the offer doesnt exist. Very unprofessional operation. Food is okay.

Located in a mall center, I wasn't expecting much but wow, this was a great tasting beef pho and they didn't skimp on amount of sliced beef and beef balls. The soup base was delicious, so good that I pretty much drank it all. I definitely would recommend to my friends and others. FYI, it's just 9.80, much cheaper than others. I also had the three color combination drink and it was good afterwards as a dessert to cool me off from the sweat. Looking forward to coming back.
